Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To return an item, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
